This important warning is extracted from the end-user license agreement.
The creations (“elements” and “languages”) and the dialogs are virtual and not reals. The creations are the result of the creators works. The dialogs are the result of the user interaction with the dialog software or the dialog interface.
Do not be influenced by the content of the dialogs. Do not be influenced by the content of the elements and of the languages.
Do not believe that the dialogs are real. Do not believe that you dialog with a live-person or that the dialogs are the truth.
Do not believe that the elements, the languages and the dialogs are a part of the human world or something that is the truth.
The element creators are responsible for verifying by any or all means, the content of their elements, text and links, topics and sentences.
The language creators are responsible for verifying by any or all means, the content of their languages, text, words, links.
In the event that you link a language to one or several elements created by you, and that you do not create the said language, you agree to make by yourself the necessary and humanly possible checking in the content of the language.
YOU REMAIN SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT OF THE ELEMENTS AND THE LANGUAGES THAT YOU CREATE. YOU REMAINS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ENTRIES AND PARTICIPATION IN THE DIALOG AND FOR YOUR INTERPRETATION OF THE DIALOGS.
As the software does not include any topic, sentence, word, expression, and link, the author is not responsible for the element content, the language content or the dialog content.
The author disclaims all warranty on the accuracy of the dialog, on the language interaction, on the element, and on the restitution of the element content during the dialogs even if some examples of interaction was given in the documentation.
IN NO EVENT YOU CAN SAY THAT THE AUTHOR IS LIABLE FOR THE ELEMENT AND/OR THE LANGUAGE CONTENT.IN NO EVENT, YOU CAN SAY THAT THE AUTHOR IS LIABLE FOR THE DIALOG CONTENT.
